Chris Werth

Chris Werth is the co-founder of Pura Vida Homes. With 28 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Chris has managed and overseen the construction and sales of over 5,000 homes in the Greater Austin metro area.

 

As a division president for a fortune 500 company and later a top 20 national home builder, Chris sharpened his skills in acquiring land, developing neighborhoods, building successful teams, and overseeing all aspects of the homebuilding business.

 

A resident of Austin for over 15 years, Chris always dreamed of starting a homebuilding operation focusing on infill projects within the city. Pura Vida Homes is the result of that dream. As such, Pura Vida’s core principles include delivering high quality, sustainable housing for current and future Austin residents.
 
Chris lives with his wife of 30 years in Austin. Together they have one daughter, of whom they are very proud.

Kris Sutton

Kris Sutton, Co-Founder of Pura Vida Homes, possesses a remarkable 16-year tenure within the homebuilding industry where he has effectively managed and supervised the construction and sale of more than 2,000 homes within the Greater Austin metropolitan region.

Having served as the Vice President of Sales for a prominent national builder and subsequently becoming an Austin-based Broker, Kris has cultivated profound insights into the specific preferences and expectations of Austin's discerning families when it comes to homebuilders.

His commitment to delivering residences of exceptional quality and sustainability remains unwavering, dedicated to serving both current and prospective residents of Austin through Pura Vida Homes.

Kris and his wife are proud residents of Austin and firmly believe it to be an ideal locale for raising their two children.
